This notice covers the product site at paddock.racing. The web app has its own privacy notice.
Who is responsible

Site visits
Our server at Hetzner in Germany receives each request. It processes the IP address, the page address and the time to deliver the page and to protect the site. It writes no access log. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working and safe site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Site files
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) stores the files of the site and gives them to our server. It does not receive your IP address, your cookies or the query of a link. Safeguard: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Language and app state
The site stores your language choice in paddock_lang, and the app reads it. The site reads the app token expiry on this device to choose a link or forward the home page. It does not send the token anywhere.
No tracking
The site has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party script.
Access requests and the app
The request form, the registration and the app are part of the web app. The privacy notice of the web app applies there.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Write to privacy@paddock.racing. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Last updated: 06/11/2026.
